Vitamin A can be important for the healthy function of the skin and mucous membranes as well as normalising the function of the horn-forming skin cells. It also plays an important role in vision and iron metabolism.

Vitamin A is a basic building block for rhodopsin, the visual pigment. A lack of vitamin A can therefore lead to a decrease in visual sensitivity. The first signs of this can be noticed, for example, when driving a car at night.

For the absorption of vitamin A in the intestine, bile is necessary in order to emulsify fat and promote absorption. After being absorbed through the intestinal wall, it reaches the blood and the liver, its main store.

Vitamin A is involved in fat metabolism and protein synthesis in the liver. In embryonic development, vitamin A ensures orderly nerve growth.

Vitamin A nehme ich schon seit Jahren für die Augen. Hier finde ich das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis besonders gut.

Scheinbar gute Sache in meinem Fall , Oct 27, 2018
Zusammen mit Zink hilft es mir durchaus bei meiner Akne. Es liegt wohl viel an er Ernährung. Recht Einseitig, nicht Frisch, Fastfood etc. da muss ich scheinbar etwas ändern. Es ist nur leichter wenn man bereits vorher gesehen hat dass das etwas bringen wird/kann.
