L-lysine and green tea extract: Great combination
This food supplement by Vitamintrend with L-lysine has been combined with green tea extract. Each capsule contains 500 mg L-lysine hydrochloride, of which L-lysine 400 mg, as well as 200 mg green tea extract. The green tea extract is standardized to 50% polyphenols and 15% EGCG. This corresponds to 100 mg polyphenols and 30 mg EGCG per day.
The bottle contains 100 capsules which lasts for 100 days if used as indicated. We recommend one capsule daily as a dietary supplement. The capsule shells are made of vegan cellulose and can be opened if necessary.
Essential amino acid
L-lysine is one of the essential amino acids that must be supplied to the body through food or supplements, as it cannot produce it itself. In addition, L-lysine is a proteinogenic amino acid needed to create proteins. These include structural proteins such as collagen, which are proteins responsible for muscle mobility in enzymes, hormones and immunoglobulins.
